    This mood board will help you visualise the concepts designed for your photo shoot and it will also help plan the photoshoot.

    The detailed planning will help insure that your vision is brought to life in a stress free manner.

  • The outfit choice for your photoshoot tends to be one of the most stressful details you have to take care of.

    To avoid stress and second-guessing, I help you choose and style the best outfits for your portrait shoot, guiding you on where to source the pieces you may be missing. Whether you need to purchase or rent, you also have full access to the studio wardrobe.

    This consultation is done via a video call.

  • On the day of the shoot, you will be treated to professional hair and makeup by a camera trained hair and makeup artist. We can restyle your hair during the shoot and add accessories to complete your looks.

  • It’s time to relax and enjoy having your photos taken. I will do whatever I can to make you feel confident and comfortable throughout the process, ensuring your dreams photographs become a reality.

  • Every image is professionally retouched to the highest standard, ensuring a polished, natural, and refined result that highlights your best features while maintaining authenticity. From subtle skin smoothing to color corrections and background adjustments, the retouching process is designed to deliver images that exude professionalism and sophistication. The final result? How long is a branding shoot?

When it comes to the length of your photo shoot, our mission is to make sure that we shoot all the planned looks and setups. The average for branding photoshoots is 5 hours including makeup applications and hair styling.

Yes, we do take breaks, we have refreshments on hand and your makeup and hair are touched up.

We generally recommend reserving a whole business day for the photoshoot, please let us know in advance if you think this would be an issue for your schedule.

Can I have raw/unretouched images?

Providing you with the best quality is our goal and that includes the retouching. This is why you only receive fully retouched images. To make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final images, we will discuss in-person the level of retouching you prefer and we will make corrections per your request where needed.

Will I have an online gallery to choose the images from?

I always make sure we have a large number of images for you to choose from. This allows for the best chance to have a great choice of facial expressions, natural-looking poses and a variety of setups. But choosing from such a large quantity of images can be overwhelming without guidance.

The image selection is done in person at the studio. We take this opportunity to discuss retouching preferences by reviewing some of your images fully retouched. We can also mockup images of your choice in your website/social media layout to see the best suitable images for your purpose. This part of the process helps you to make sure that you made the best choice and that the new images truly fit your brand assets.

I feel uncomfortable in front of the camera and don’t know how to pose. I’m worried this will affect how my portraits will look in the end.

If this is the case, I can assure you, you are in the right place.

Very few people feel completely comfortable in front of the camera naturally. So our whole photoshoot experience is designed to make you feel comfortable, confident and at ease.

You will be styled by a professional hair and makeup artist, which boosts your confidence and makes for a beautiful pamper experience. Your outfits, the setups, and even most of the posing will be planned for you in advance.

You don't need to worry about knowing how to pose; that's my job! I will guide you through the entire process, providing clear directions and suggesting poses that will complement your unique personality and style.

I believe that the best portraits come from capturing genuine emotions and natural expressions. This is exactly why your experience so much time in the photoshoot planning process/and photoshoot day is dedicated to connecting with you and getting to know you. The more you can trust the process, the better the quality of the images and the more soul the portraits will show.

I would like some studio portraits but also want outdoor lifestyle images. Is this something you do?

Certainly, we can mix studio and outdoor locations for your photoshoot and we do it all in one day. We will start the photo shoot at the studio where we can have the makeup artist style you in a comfortable setting. We will then shoot the setups we have planned for the studio and later in the day move to the location of your choice.

In case the location requires a permit, the studio team will handle the permit applications for you.

Do I need a defined brand identity before booking my photoshoot?

While it’s certainly helpful if you already know as much as possible about your brand identity and aesthetics, it’s not necessary to have everything figured out before booking your photoshoot.

The photoshoot design consultation is extensive and detail-oriented. We will go through a full branding audit and will outline the best aesthetics to suit your branding needs and preferences.

We will discuss and decide on the right style, mood, and message that aligns with your brand.

I have an idea of how I want my images to look but can’t really describe or put my finger on it. I don’t want my brand to look like every other one in my industry.

Investment:

Our photoshoot experience is all-inclusive and makes sure every detail is taken care of for you with no time constraints and no hidden or additional cost. The packages start at $1890 with only a $390 booking fee paid at the time of your booking. The hair and makeup fee, the studio time and the pre-photoshoot consultations are included in the cost of the package.

The use of the studio wardrobe and equipment is complimentary.
